To start to collate some of my chosen artists work. I made a grid with a few of my favourite images. My grid has a contrasting selection selection of mono and polychrome images. The images are all laid out differently, with some following common art rules such as rule of thirds - whilst others take a more abstract approach to the rules. However, my favourite images in this grid are the top left and bottom right. The vibrant reds and contrasting whites really make the images stand out and appear really bold on the page. Also where the cars are positioned draw the focus straight towards them and makes the viewer really study the car and appreciate its shape and beauty.
I will use this grid for inspiration when taking my own photos and will try to use some of the key skills portrayed in the grid.
